If you are a returning team from last year's tournament (2011), you can use the below
form to register for the 2012 tournament.  After filling out the form you will be contacted
to confirm your registration in the tournament.  Note: to qualify as a returning team, at
least 50% of your team roster must be the same as last year.

If you were not in last year's tournament (2011), and you would like to be in this year's
tournament (2012) you can use the below form to register.  After filling out the form you
will be contacted to confirm your spot on the wait list.  

  Note: Returning teams are given preference for spots in the tournament.  Any open
spots will go to new teams on the wait list on a first come/first serve basis.
